How do I set up my Gmail account?
The following information is useful when setting up your Gmail ActiveSync account using Moxier Mail:
- Email Address: Google email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Server Address: m.google.com
- SSL: Yes
How do I set up my Hotmail account?
The following information is useful when setting up your Hotmail ActiveSync account using Moxier Mail:
- Email address: your Hotmail address
- User ID: your Hotmail address
- Server address: m.hotmail.com
- SSL: Yes
When you input your USER ID, you need to type in your full email address.
There's not enough internal storage space in my phone's memory when I try to attach a file, what's wrong?
An error message appears when your phone's internal storage is less than 7MB. Insufficient internal storage space may result in a variety of errors so please make sure that you have enough storage space before attaching files.
When I forward an email, the recipient does not receive the original message.
Moxier Mail uses Smart Reply/FWD features where the server automatically adds the original body content when sending the email.
When I delete an email from my phone, it also deletes from my desktop at work. Is there a way to prevent this?
Moxier Mail's core function is to synchronize with the Exchange ActiveSync Protocol. Therefore, it synchronizes with the server regularly to update changes automatically.
I have a Yahoo mail account and when I enter pop3.yahoo.com it gives me an error, what should I do?
Moxier Mail uses Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 & 2007 with Exchange ActiveSync. Therefore, Moxier Mail does not support the use of Webmails or POP3.
I keep getting the following error message when trying to set up Microsoft Exchange: ["Your Exchange server may be using a much earlier version of ActiveSync (-5)"]. I'm using 2003, which should work, how can I fix this problem?
If you are using Microsoft Exchange server 2003, please download Service Pack 2 (contact your server administrator for further details). *Microsoft Exchange server 2007 works without any additional installations or upgrades.
I keep receiving the following error message: ["The device was wiped remotely. To sync with Microsoft Exchange, you must remove this device from the list in the Mobile Options page (-7)"]. Please let me know how to solve this issue.
This error message appears when the remote wipe data feature is enabled. Once enabled, you'll need to disable it in order to stop the error message from appearing.
Please follow the instructions below to disable this feature:
Exchange Server 2007 User:
OWA (Outlook Web Access) >> Settings >> Mobile device >> 'Remove device from list' (select the device that the remote wipe data feature is enabled in).
Exchange Server 2003 User:
Mobile information is managed via the administration site

How can I download Moxier Mail from the Android Market?
- Search Moxier Mail in the Android Market directly from your phone.
- When found, press Install to start downloading immediately.
- If you select Buy now, you may be asked to sign in to an additional Google account. Sign in and select Purchase now if you'd like to proceed. Follow the steps on screen to purchase Moxier Mail.
FYI, you will be able to return to My Downloads at any time to reinstall a purchased application that you've previously removed.
Where can I find Moxier Mail on my phone after I downloaded it?
Open your Market application and select My Downloads. All the applications that are currently installed or have been purchased through the Android Market will be listed.
How can I reinstall Moxier Mail and do I have to pay for it again?
Once you've purchased Moxier Mail, you can install and reinstall it an unlimited number of times on any device. If, for example, you happen to uninstall Moxier Mail and would like to reinstall it, simply visit My Downloads and reinstall it.
NOTE: Free applications are not saved on My Downloads after you remove them.
If you change devices, you can install previous purchases by signing into your new device with the same Google Account on your old device.
Can I get an update for free or do I need to pay to get the update?
An update notification from the system will appear when a new version of Moxier Mail is available. By following the instructions provided via the Android Market, customers can update Moxier Mail to the latest version for free.
What Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) policies are supported in Moxier Mail?
Currently, Moxier Mail supports the following:

- Maximum Attachment Size
- Maximum Email HTML Body Truncation Size
- Maximum Email Age Filter
- Maximum Email Body Truncation Size
- Require Manual Sync when Roaming
- Allow Simple Device Password
- Alphanumeric Device Password Required
- Device Password Enabled
- Device Password Expiration
- Maximum Inactivity Time Device Lock
- Maximum Device Password Failed Attempts
- Minimum Device Password Complex Characters
- Mininimum Device Password Length
- Require storage card encryption
- Require Device Encryption (Mail body Encryption)

I cannot find a way to select multiple emails and delete or mark as read. Am I missing something, or is there no way to do this?

Moxier Mail for Android (Trial Version)
I have previously purchased Moxier Mail from the Android Market but I really like the new UI from the Trial version. In order to get the full version of this, do I need to make an additional purchase?
We generate a serial key for you when you upgrade your Moxier Mail (purchased from the Android Market) to version 2.8.2. Download Moxier Mail Trial and use this serial key to get an access to a full version. Please make sure you use the same SIM Card and E-mail address used while generating the serial key.
What are the differences between Moxier Mail Trial and the Full version?
Feature-wise, there is no difference. However, Trial version expires in two weeks.
I purchased Moxier Mail (Exchange) - Key from Android Market and need the serial number for this order to use the Moxier-service in my mobile. Where can I find it?
Once Moxier Mail (Exchange) - Key is installed on your device, your Moxier Mail (Exchange) - Trial will automatically extend its trial to a full version with no separate serial number.
When I try to install the software, I keep getting this message: "Installation error, package file was not signed correctly." Please help.
Preinstalled Moxier Mail and Moxier Mail available at the Android Market all use the same package name. Because of this reason, such error has been occurring in the past. Now with our update, preinstalled users can purchase the market version by downloading Moxier Mail Trial and upgrading it to the Full to get the latest features of the market version.
Moxier Mail for Android (Volume License)
Our company has just purchased 10 volume licenses but I only see 1 license key available in My Account. What's wrong?
Regardless of the number of licenses purchased, only 1 license key will be generated. This singly license key will give an access to the number of licenses your company has paid for. By going into My Account, you can double check the number of licenses actively being used (i.e. 10 Client Licenses (5 used)).
All of our purchased licenses were being fully used until one has resigned. We need to get this extra license over to our new employee but we're having some kind of trouble doing so. What do we need to do?
By pressing the Reset Used Licenses in My Account, it resets the number of licenses actively being used. Therefore, once employees resign, you can reset and designate the extra licenses to your new employees. However, once reset has been activated, you won't be able to reset it again within 30 days.

How do I get a refund for Moxier Mail for iPhone?
We cannot make a refund on Moxier Mail for iPhone purchased on App Store. Please contact App Store directly and request a refund.
Moxier Mail for Android can be purchased after the trial period, why doesn't Moxier Mail for iPhone provide the trial version like Moxier Mail for Android?
Since Apple does not allow application to be purchased after the trial period, the trial version of Moxier Mail for iPhone cannot be provided. If you would like to get a refund after the purchase, please contact App Store for the refund.
