In your rules it says to only tweet into the contest once, yet this winner entered much more than just once. I'm curious as to how he/she won.

Hi Frank,
The judges deliberated on this point for some time. And I assure you that we take the running of our contests very seriously. The judges decided that since we were not clear that multiple Tweets would result in disqualification, we decided to allow it this time. However, for future contests we will clearly state that multiple Tweeting will result in disqualification. Having said that, the number of times a contestant Tweets does not increase his/her chances of winning. Each contestant's name is entered only ONCE and randomly drawn.
