4. Email us at contest@moxier.com or direct message us your Moxier Collage unique installation number via Twitter. To copy your unique installation number, first enter the About page by tapping “i” on the Moxier Collage toolbar. Under the Moxier Collage version number, tap your unique installation number, then paste it, and direct message us the code via Twitter.

Contest Details:

1. The first winner will be selected on August 20th, 2010, and the contest ends September 1st, 2010, at 12:00 A.M. (PST). The last winner will be selected on September 2nd, 2010.

2. One winner a day for ten business days will be selected at random. Contest winnters have 72 hours from the time of notification to respond. Prizes will be shipped to winners once they respond to our notification and provide their shipping details.

3. Entering the giveaway once entitles contestants to be eligible for a prize on each of the ten days. Early application is highly encouraged to increase each contestant's chances of winning. Winners’ names will be automatically withdrawn from the contestant pool.

4. MUST have a valid U.S. address for shipping purposes. Thus, this giveaway is only open to U.S. residents.

5. Must be at least 18 years old to participate.

6. Winners will be notified via a direct message through Twitter, and their Twitter account name will be posted on moxier.com.

7. Using multiple accounts is a violation of The Twitter Rules; anyone found doing so will be ineligible.

8. Posting duplicate, or near duplicate, updates or links are a violation of The Twitter Rules. Thus, please only tweet about the contest once.

Terms & Liability

Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18-years old to enter. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, incorrect delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, email, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Publicity. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, and/or Twitter name in connection with the promotion of this contest and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

Release. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

Decisions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes; conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive or amend any of these rules at its sole discretion.
