I am trying to download Moxier Mail from the Android Market but not able to find it.
Martin on Feb 19, 2010 at 9:25 AM
I think the Moxier Calendar should have a Widget that could show the next couple of appointments/tasks! I use Moxier on my Android 1.6 device, and at least there I can't find a widget that lets me have todays to-do list on the desktop! As I use my phone as a work-phone, I think this Widget would make it a much better work-phone! :)

Please, for the love of god, allow us to see the sender's email when we hit reply. Every other email client in the world pastes the message content at the bottom of the edit box when replying...why don't you guys??

I am trying to download Moxier Mail (On a HTC Hero based in Singapore) but I cannot find the application in the Android Market. Is there no chance for countries outside of your list to download this app? Thx!
Richard on Sep 26, 2009 at 4:32 PM
Is it possible to cut/paste text in email messages. This is desperately needed. Also looking for the ability to modify font properties (bold, italic, underline, size...)
I really do like this product so far!

Hi,
I have had to re-set my device. I cannot see Moxier Mail in the Market, however, if I go into "My Downloads" I can see Moxier Mail as "Purchased" if I choose "Install" My device says "Authorising Credit Card" and begins to download then fails immediately. Do you have any idea how I can re-download the software please?
Moxier Team on Sep 15, 2009 at 4:10 AM
David>> Please note that monthly views are flicked using up and down swipes (since beginning and end dates in month are located on top and bottom).

Steve Koon>> Thank you for your suggestion! This feature will be available in our future updates.. we'll let you know when released through our blog. Thanks!

Galen>> Exchange 2003 itself doesn't support HTML. As it gets upgraded, it uses TextView for Text. However, this has created UI issues no longer allowing the use of the autolink. This issue will be enhanced in the near future...

Hey guys! Moxier Mail 2.0.5.1 has fixed the bug that unexpectedly crashed the app after remote wipe (on Exchange 2003). Feel free to get your download at the Android Market!

Oliver K>> Please verify whether your mail server is an Exchange Server, for Moxier Mail can only connect to an Exchange Server. Please note, our trial sessions have ended but Android Market offers 24hr refund policy so feel free to try!

After the latest update, I can synchronize mail and calendar but no contacts. Even after a complete re-intallation of the app.
David on Sep 12, 2009 at 5:08 AM
Even after the latest update, I am still seeing the same sync problems.
Steve Koon on Sep 11, 2009 at 1:38 PM
My calendar is still not syncing up with my Exchange server. The email is working fine but no calendar events.
Thanks,

Moxier Mail 2.0.4 patch is just released at the Android Market. David, Tushar >> We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with last 2.0.2 patch. Please check your disconnecting synchronization problem with this 2.0.4 patch.

For some reason I can not get clickable links in email. I am on 2003 exchange. Is this a setting issue?
David on Sep 11, 2009 at 4:53 AM
I am still seeing the sync errors as well after a long period of inactivity.
Tushar on Sep 10, 2009 at 12:54 PM
I am still getting the same disconnected sync error with 2.0.2. I have sent over my logs. Thanks
David on Sep 10, 2009 at 10:17 AM
On the calendar, in month view, I see no easy way to change between months. In day or week view I can swipe left or right to change the week or day but that functionality does not appear to exist in month view.
Moxier Team on Sep 9, 2009 at 9:24 PM
Tushar/Chris/David/Rob>> Thanks for waiting. Moxier Mail 2.0.2 patch is ready at the Android Market. This version includes the disconnecting synchronization error. Please feel free to get your update. Thank you! For other errors, our team is currently working on it. We seek for your patience. Thanks!
Balazs on Sep 9, 2009 at 2:28 AM
I wondered if the 'grey folder' issue is going to be dealt with this patch? The 'grey' - seemingly unsyncronizable - folders mean that half of my subfolders are always empty, they show up but never get any updated content and I cannot select them for sync. (I am using 2003 Exchange Server and HTC Hero - reinstallation did not work) Thanks
Oliver K. on Sep 9, 2009 at 1:55 AM
...and what about a Trial, I really would like to test Moxier Mail but I don't know if it works with my Axigen Mailserver.
Moxier Team on Sep 8, 2009 at 7:37 PM
Dear all>> Moxier Mail patch is being ready for the Android Market. It will be available shortly (within a day or two I assume). This patch includes the bug fixes of the sync errors. I will also post a notice in our blog when ready. Thank you for your participation.

I am having the same sync issues with Moxier after upgrading to the new version. I have to re-sync all folders after the phone idles or after the initial sync is processed. I have sent in my report logs as well. PLEASE HELP, THIS IS CUTTING INTO MY WORK...
Chris on Sep 8, 2009 at 8:23 AM
Like the others below I am having problems where it says failed to sync after a period of time and I have to retick the items to get it to sync again - VERY annoying.
David on Sep 8, 2009 at 6:02 AM
Just like Rob, I am also experiencing sync issues once the phone since idle for a period of time. I then have to re-enable the items to sync again.

David>> Widget is on our agenda and will be available sometime in the near future. In regards to HTML, Microsoft itself don't support on 2003. However, we are seeking alternative ways to provide it to our users.

Since upgrading to 2.0, I'm having trouble with sync errors. Will sync fine, then I check phone after it's been idle for a while and notice the sync error. I have to then re-enable sync of mail and contacts and it works fine.
Never had issues with this on previous versions.
Steve Koon on Sep 5, 2009 at 10:13 PM
Wondering if you plan on adding Exchange Notes? I use this feature a lot to store information about system configurations, Emergency recovery steps, an so on. I'm in IT and having the Exhcange Notes avaialble would be a major boost for myself and our IT team members.
Thanks, Steve

I have Moxier Mail 2.0 and since my upgrade my Exchange calendar and task items no longer sync. I have looked at the Moxier Sync configuration and it does include synchronizing calendar and tasks. My e-mail and contaccts seem to update fine. Any suggestions?
I really like the application and hope that this issue can be resolved.
Thank you for your support

How can I test Moxier Mail, I can't find any Trial or Demo version at the Market.
Ruby Raley on Sep 4, 2009 at 1:50 PM
Just downloaded and my calendar seems to be working. YES! Thank you.
David on Sep 4, 2009 at 10:11 AM
Much better than 1.5. Lots of new features and functionally better. I would still like to see widgets for calendar/email and HTML email for exchange 2003.
Juan on Sep 4, 2009 at 9:03 AM
Hoping Calendar widget and the ability to select multiple messages and delete them is available on the next update

HTML please! Every other exchange client does it. Regardless of the version and whether or not MS supports. I can use my iPhone attached to the same exchange mailbox and html email works just fine. Why not with Moxier!
