I have tried to reinstall the program on the phone, but I still can see the same folders grey and I cannot select them for sync. Unfortunately the Sync application on the PC would not allow me to select which folders I want to syncronize either. Does anyone have any similar trouble with Moxier?
It seems that I will eventually get rid of the program as it is not worth having if I can only see half of my emails. Is refund possible at all? (I bought it a few days ago)
Thanks

Looks like uninstall/reinstall 2.0 fixed my problem. Since then sync is working fine again. Seems that a simple 'upgrade' from 1.5 to 2.0 does not work reliable ?
And an answer to Greg: Yes, OOO seems to be supported in 2.0 now.

I just started to use Moxier Mail 2.0 on Android OS HTC.
I have problems syncronizing some of the subfolders. These folders appear but they are grey and I cannot select them for syncronizing.
Has anyone had similar problems before?
Thanks

I was using Moxier 1.5 now for a while w/o any problems at all. Mail, Calendar and Contacts got synced just fine. I was using direct push for that. Now since I upgraded to 2.0 my sync does not work reliably anymore. It stops and says that in order to use Moxier Mail I need to enable sync ( which I had before ) . When going into the Sync tool, only Mail is selected as being active. The others don't anymore. Is that the same error the others do report ? Again.. 1.5 just worked fine. Thanks

I have 2 simple questions which will determine if I purchase this application.
Is a trial version available (5 day, 30 day?, don't care)
Does Moxier Mail alow you to set and update your Out Of Office Status?

Dan>> We understand your concern and deeply apologize. Yes, we should be more efficient to address this issue. We hope the planned release can solve this problem. Please feel free to contact us in any case.

You should have released a bug fix two months ago. I don't feel like your software can be trusted when you allow mission-critical bugs to go uncorrected for two months at a time. One shouldn't have to wait until version 2.0 in order to have software that doesn't stop functioning and require weekly (or more frequent) reinstalls.

Dan, Stephan, Doug, Ruby, Rob >> We are preparing to release Moxier Mail Ver. 2.0. It plans to release by the end of next week (September 4). The new version of Moxier Mail is more stable than old version. Some new features and troubleshooting will be included. Please try to use new version.
Brandn >> Moxier Mail is a mail client which is using Exchange ActiveSync protocol. It is not related to owa.exchange.
Please inquire your server manager whether ActiveSync is available on the Exchange server.
Gerke >> Currently, paid applications are available in the following countries: - Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Hong Kong.
On the other hand, if you are an Android Dev Phone 1 user, paid applications like Moxier Mail don’t appear in the search result (in the Android Market). To cater to all our users, we plan on using PayPal through our website in the near future. When PayPal is ready, we will notify you through our website at www.moxier.com/product/mail.

Warning to potential business users!
Moxier Calendar continues to fail to sync, and the developer has been aware of the issue (which has affected MANY users) for more than one and a half months. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this application until this issue is resolved.
If you need to access your calendar from your cell phone, you will find it extremely disconcerting when--all of a sudden, without any way for you to know--you discover you missed an appointment because Moxier stopped syncing appointments from the Exchange server. Then you'll have to reinstall the software, call and apologize and reschedule the missed appointment(s), and wish you had bought a different application. This is NOT workplace/enterprise-class software in its current incarnation.

I installed Moxier Mail 1.5 on my myTouch and it seems to work well. Only when I haven't used the phone for a couple of hours or so then it gives me the error message:'Sorry, the application unexpectedly stopped, try again.' This happens usually twice and after I click on Moxier Mail again, then it works. Do you think reinstalling might help? Or do you have another solution? Thank you.

Any update on when the sync for calendar and contacts issue will be fixed? I am still having to re-install on a regular basis to update my calendar/contacts. On the positive side email works great.

I can't find Moxier Mail in Android Market, how can I solve this?
Ruby Raley on Aug 13, 2009 at 5:29 AM
My Moxier 1.5 is not syncing calendar at all. Calendar is totally empty. I need info on this and have sent email to moxier support. Are you guys on vacation?
Rob on Aug 11, 2009 at 1:45 PM
Is there a reason that my Sent Items folder does not stay checked for sync? It syncs when I check it but never stays checked when I exit Moxier. Is this a known issue? Thanks.

I just got 1.5version and can't get it to work with my work email. We used owa.exchange through web but when I put the https: server, it keeps asking me to verify the server.

I'm also interested in the Moxier mail, but can't find it in the Androidmarket with my ADP. Any solution for this? Maybe uploading a different way in the market?
I hope that I can use this program soon..!

Hi--
I'm a bit frustrated because with both Moxier 1.3 and 1.5 my calendar has not been synchronizing. Uninstalling and reinstalling Moxier every couple of days is NOT a realistic option!
Would you please communicate with your users, many of whom (both in this post and on the 1.3 post) have expressed frustration with non-functioning sync. Do you know what the problem is? When will it be resolved?
Thanks.
