"This mailbox is empty" that's what I've got when the application finishes the config. Does any one knows how to fix it. The server is working and other people with IPhone can sync, Please does anyone knows why?

Our tech guy installed the program yesterday on my G1. I love it! However, it is eating up battery power and I cannot return to the main screen where I can see folders - stuck in the email box. Where is a guide?

I also cannot connect. I keep getting a message that reads "You are not enabled for synchronization" Does anyone know what this means?

I would love for this app to work. I finally got the server name to take but all it does is tell me that "this inbox is empty". Won't do anything else

I have exchange 03 at work and this does not work for me.. keeps saying "reconfirm server address" I have entered that address every different which way and it still won't work. I would pay money for this app if it did work.

The beta worked great, I was able to connect and set up my account. But with the pre-release I am unable to connect. I'm using the same settings I used with the beta.. and after about the 4th or 5th attempt it finally takes but nothing works.

I've been having the same problem. I'm trying the bare metal install again.

Thanks Wes, I was doing that, but I tried with the Https included, and it didn't work.
I do notice that when I go into edit settings after it finally takes it, the account info is empty. When I click something, it force closes, then reopens to that screen but with all the info.
Looking at the log info, it looks like it's not storing the acct info correctly.

I was able to get it to install by doing the following. See if it works for you.
For server address I removed "https://" and removed "/owa" from the end of the server address. Example - mail.xxxxxx.net
I'm looking forward to further improvements in the full version.

OK. I deleted, then re-installed. Same problem. Keeps asking me to "confirm server address". Can I have beta back? I'd rather have the limited beta version, than this version that won't connect.

I updated, through the Market yesterday, from beta to pre-release. Wasn't informed then that I was supposed to delete the beta version before installing pre-release, as you mentioned here on your site. Is this why I can't get this version to connect? It hangs at "providing server address". Since it was an update, why didn't it use my connection info that was already there? I was really looking forward to the full version, but this bugs. I'm already missing this app. What's up?

I'm having the same problem, beta connected just fine. This version won't seem to connect. The wizard fails asking for more information, I enter the information and it will either tell me to enter the info again, or check password. About the 3rd or 4th time trying it will complete, however the mailbox shows empty and nothing works.

I am not able to get Moxier to connect to the Exchange server in the pre-release. It worked in the beta version, but I have tried every permutation of domain, server address and username and had no luck.

I'm getting fed up trying to get Moxier to synch with my exchange server. Keep getting the error message "you are not enabled for synchronization.(403)"
I see Jerry has the same problem.
